Our COVID-19 Protocols
We are doing everything in our power to limit the spread of COVID 19 with safety protocols and extra sanitation (a vet clinic is used to dealing with contagious disease but we have increased measures even beyond the normal). We have a surgically clean air filtration system in the truck as well as cleaning and disinfecting all equipment after every patient. In addition, we air out the clinic in between appointments during the travel time. We do not allow clients into the clinic at this time. Patients are received following social distancing and brought into the clinic for their exam. We kindly request that all clients wear masks during this process. Dr. Oliver’s technician or receptionist will take a history from you either on the phone at appointment booking or when socially distantly picking up your pet. Dr. Oliver will do a physical exam and will call you with the results of her exam and any treatment recommendations or diagnostics. We can offer telemedicine appointments. Unfortunately, at this point in time we do not accept cash payments. We do except e-transfers, contactless debit or credit payments. Generally speaking most of these will have occurred prior to your appointment with the exception of diagnostics and treatment as we operate on a pre-pay exam and concierge fee system.
