Dental Services for Pets
We offer a variety of dental care options for pets. All of our dentals are performed under anesthesia using state-of-the-art dental and anesthetic equipment. The AAHA recommends that dental cleanings be performed once yearly on pets. We have found, though, that smaller canine patients are more predisposed to dental disease and require more frequent cleanings than larger dogs. Certain cat breeds are also more predisposed to dental disease and require more dental attention than other breeds. During your pet’s annual wellness exam, we will go over recommendations on whether they need a dental cleaning. If you have a pet with smelly breath, though, it’s a good sign that they are due for a cleaning.
