Areas We Serve

Generally, our service area extends from Mill Bay to Ladysmith and includes all of Salt Spring Island. However, we encourage you to contact us if your pet needs care nearby or outside of these areas. There is a waitlist, but we will work something out to ensure your pet receives the appropriate care if possible. Please expect delays if you are located outside of our general service area.

We are a mobile vet clinic on Salt Spring Island, BC, offering many of the same services you’d find in a traditional brick-and-mortar practice. The main difference is that we offer convenience and comfort by delivering those services to your home (well, driveway).

Founded by Dr. Kirsten Oliver in 2020, Dr. Oliver’s Veterinary Service Ltd.’s mission is to eliminate the stress of traveling to veterinary clinics for pets and their owners. Dr. Oliver is thrilled to provide mobile veterinary services on Salt Spring Island and in the surrounding areas and looks forward to providing compassionate, professional care to your four-legged best friend.

As a mobile vet, we make it possible to get your dog or cat the care they need without the stress of travel. We schedule our appointments by location to limit the concierge fee as much as possible, and we travel to your home via road, ferry, or both.
